My stay at Promenada exceeded all my expectations, especially in terms of catering to my elderly parents. The hotel's attentive staff went above and beyond to ensure my parents' comfort, providing them with extra care and assistance throughout our stay. The soundproofed rooms were a blessing, as my parents could rest peacefully without any disturbances. The air conditioning was also exceptional, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere for all of us to enjoy together. Promenada's exceptional service and attention to detail made our stay truly unforgettable, setting a new standard for hospitality in our eyes.
